This month, we're hearing from Fabian Cleopa Grew with Mr. Porter Street Cafe.

Fabian Cleopa Grew is the man behind Ochenta Cocktail bar, Pakaya Society coffee house (which he’s still running) and is now taking over Mr. Porter Street Cafe.  While studying construction engineering, Fabian started to work behind the bar to help pay for his tuition. He fell in love with bartending, so he decided to follow his passion, learning the business aspect of the industry while pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in hospitality. Mr. Porter Street Cafe is Fabian’s latest passion project, so come hear all about it and give him support to overcome his challenge!
